This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules governing use of the Multicom Communication Solutions Limited website, software products, AI systems, messaging platforms, and APIs. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

02Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website, software, or services to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

03Illegal Content

You may not use our services to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including content that promotes violence, discrimination, or exploitation.

04Spam

You may not use our messaging platforms (SMS, RCS, or email) to send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not provided consent, or to disguise the origin of any message.

05Fraud

You may not use our services to engage in fraudulent activity, including impersonation, deceptive business practices, or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.

06Phishing

You may not use our messaging or email platforms to send messages designed to deceive recipients into revealing sensitive information such as passwords, payment details, or personal identification numbers.

07Malware

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code through our website, software, or messaging platforms.

08Intellectual Property Violations

You may not use our services to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right belonging to MultiCom or any third party.

09Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, client accounts, or data, including through hacking, credential stuffing, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.

10Abuse of AI Systems

You may not use our AI Automation solutions to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content, to circumvent safety or ethical safeguards, or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.

11Abuse of Messaging Platforms

You may not use our SMS or RCS messaging infrastructure to send messages that violate carrier guidelines, applicable telecommunications regulations, or the consent requirements described in our SMS and RCS policies.

12API Abuse

Where API access is provided, you may not exceed agreed rate limits, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or use API access for purposes outside the scope of your service agreement.

13Account Suspension

MultiCom reserves the right to suspend access to any account or service, without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm, upon reasonable belief that this policy has been violated.

14Service Termination

Repeated or serious violations of this policy may result in permanent termination of services, without refund of fees already paid for services rendered up to the point of termination.
