AI Ethics & Responsible AI Statement
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This statement describes Multicom Communication Solutions Limited's approach to responsible AI development and deployment, reflecting our commitment to fairness, transparency, human oversight, and genuine business value in every AI Automation engagement.
01Our Commitment
As a provider of AI Automation and Intelligent Business Solutions, Multicom Communication Solutions Limited is committed to developing and deploying artificial intelligence responsibly, transparently, and in service of genuine business value, not novelty for its own sake.
02Fairness
We design AI-assisted systems to avoid discriminatory outcomes, and we review automation involving customer-facing decisions (such as lead qualification or support triage) for bias before deployment.
03Transparency
Where AI is used to interact with customers (such as AI chatbots or automated messaging), we disclose that the interaction is AI-assisted, and provide a clear path to reach a human representative.
04Human Oversight
We build human-in-the-loop review into every customer-facing or financial automation by default. Fully autonomous decision-making without human review is used only where explicitly agreed with a client and appropriate for the risk level of the task.
05Privacy
AI systems we build or deploy handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we do not use client data to train third-party AI models without explicit client consent.
06Security
AI systems and the data they process are protected using the same technical and organisational safeguards applied across our infrastructure, including encrypted data handling and access controls.
07Responsible AI Development
We evaluate AI automation proposals against a simple test before recommending them: is the task repetitive and well-defined, is the judgement required appropriately low-stakes or human-reviewed, and can the return be measured in a defined pilot before wider rollout.
08AI Limitations
We are transparent with clients about the limitations of AI systems, including the possibility of inaccurate or unexpected outputs, and we recommend human review of AI-generated content before it is used for material business, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
09Ethical Use
We decline to build AI automation intended to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm to individuals, and we require clients to use AI systems we deliver in a manner consistent with applicable law and this statement.
10Regulatory Compliance
We monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for AI (including data protection and emerging AI-specific regulation) and adjust our practices to remain compliant as requirements develop.
