SMS Messaging Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This SMS Messaging Policy explains how Multicom Communication Solutions Limited sends text messages to clients and users, how consent is obtained, and how you can manage or opt out of these communications at any time.
01Purpose of SMS Communications
Multicom Communication Solutions Limited uses SMS messaging to deliver transactional updates, appointment reminders, one-time passcodes (OTP), support notifications, and, where separately opted in, marketing messages to clients and users who have provided consent.
02Customer Consent (Opt-In)
We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have been provided to us with clear, affirmative consent, whether through a web form, verbal agreement during onboarding, or a documented business relationship. Consent for marketing messages is always collected separately from consent for transactional messages.
03Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the type of communication and your relationship with us. Transactional and support messages are sent as needed; marketing messages, where opted in, are typically limited to a few messages per month.
04Message Types
The categories of SMS messages we send are described below.
05Transactional SMS
Order confirmations, service updates, invoice notifications, and other messages directly related to a service you have requested.
06Marketing SMS
Promotional offers, new service announcements, and event invitations, sent only to numbers that have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
07OTP Messages
One-time passcodes sent to verify identity during account access or transaction authorisation. These messages are time-sensitive and used solely for security purposes.
08Appointment Reminders
Reminders for scheduled consultations, demos, or meetings booked through our website or by our team.
09Support Notifications
Updates related to an active support ticket, project milestone, or service request you have raised with us.
10STOP and HELP Instructions
You may reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to opt out of further messages of that type. You may reply HELP to receive assistance information. Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
11Opt-Out Process
In addition to replying STOP, you may opt out of SMS communications by contacting us at info@multicomsltd.com or via our Contact page. We process opt-out requests promptly, generally within a few business days.
12Message Delivery Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, but message delivery is subject to factors outside our control, including network coverage, carrier filtering, and device settings. We are not liable for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to such factors.
13Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers do not guarantee delivery of all messages and are not responsible for the content of messages sent by MultiCom.
14Data Privacy
Phone numbers and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent phone numbers collected for SMS messaging purposes to third parties.
