07Acceptable Use Policy
Use of our website, software, messaging platforms and AI systems is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
08Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, software architecture, and design elements, is the property of Multicom Communication Solutions Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated or explicitly licensed to a client under a separate agreement.

11Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, messaging carriers, and API providers). MultiCom is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
12AI Services Disclaimer
Our AI Automation and Intelligent Business Solutions are provided on an "as-is" basis. AI-generated outputs (including automated responses, predictive analytics, and content suggestions) should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon for material business, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions. See our AI Ethics & Responsible AI Statement for more detail.
13Research Consulting Disclaimer
MultiCom's research consulting services provide methodology guidance, statistical coaching, and structured feedback. We do not write, co-author, or submit assessed academic work on behalf of any client. See our Research Ethics & Academic Integrity statement for full detail.
14Academic Integrity Statement
Clients engaging our research consulting services remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of our guidance complies with their institution's academic integrity policies. MultiCom does not guarantee any specific grade, outcome, or degree of institutional approval.
15Software Development Terms
Custom software development engagements are governed by a separate statement of work specifying deliverables, timelines, intellectual property ownership, source code handover terms, and post-launch support arrangements. In the absence of a specific IP clause, ownership of custom-developed source code transfers to the client upon full payment.
16Website Development Terms
Website design and development projects include an agreed number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions, scope changes, or new feature requests outside the original proposal may incur additional fees.
17Digital Marketing Services
Digital marketing engagements (SEO, paid advertising, social media management, email marketing) are performance-oriented but do not guarantee specific rankings, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside MultiCom's direct control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.
18SMS Messaging Terms
Our SMS messaging services are governed by our dedicated SMS Messaging Policy, which addresses consent, message types, frequency, and opt-out procedures.
19Rich Communication Services (RCS) Terms
Our RCS messaging services are governed by our dedicated RCS Messaging Policy, addressing verified sender information, rich media content, and customer consent requirements.
20Email Communications
By providing your email address to MultiCom, you consent to receive transactional and, where separately opted in, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each message.
21API Usage
Where MultiCom provides API access as part of a service, such access is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage terms specified in the relevant technical documentation or service agreement. Abuse of API access may result in suspension.
22Payment Terms
Invoices are payable according to the terms specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement, typically within 14 to 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract a reasonable late-payment fee and may result in suspension of services.
23Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the stage of project completion at the time of a refund request. Custom development and consulting work already performed is generally non-refundable. Specific refund terms are set out in the applicable service agreement.
24Subscription Services
Where MultiCom provides subscription-based services (such as SaaS products or ongoing maintenance plans), subscriptions renew automatically at the agreed interval unless cancelled in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant agreement.
25Service Availability
While MultiCom aims for high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website, software products, or messaging platforms, particularly where dependent on third-party infrastructure.
26Service Modifications
MultiCom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or service offering at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active clients where a modification materially affects a live engagement.
27Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect client and user data. Full detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.
28Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiCom's total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. MultiCom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
29Force Majeure
MultiCom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, government action, or third-party service disruptions.
30Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multicom Communication Solutions Limited, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
31Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For clients based in other jurisdictions, specific governing-law clauses may be negotiated in a separate service agreement.
32Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a service engagement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, as specified in the applicable service agreement.
